I paid for two Norwegian air LAX/GAT on 9/9/2017. The tickets were then cancelled. according to the airliners, they have never received any money but I have not got the refund back from you. Can you look into it urgently.
I paid for a Norwegian Flexi flight at the airport on 20th August because I was not allowed on the flight without it. I was very angry about this because I nearly missed my flight and I had no issues in the states. I have never had to do this on any other airline and i've learnt that this only occurs because Norwegian is SO low budget, they don't want responsibility of sending passengers home, on top of not offering water or any other soft drinks on an 8 hours flight. Disgusting. I called two days later to cancel it and obtain my refund at great difficulty because one staff member was completely incompetent and just kept telling me " I can't refund you, I don't know". I finally spoke to someone who tried to help me but two weeks later I still havn't received my refund but have still also been charged £70 for the pleasure of this whole ordeal. I would like a refund for my ticket immediately including the £70 fee I was charged.
