this appeared on our credit card when the gran port real resort in playa del Carmen at our request switched us to the adult sister hotel the Royal... However we can not get in touch with us nor have they sent us a confirmation and it has been a month already so are very worried and do not know what to do !!!!
It is SCAM charge. Hilton plaua del carme staff stealing credit card credentials and sell ot to this scamer. Charge is injustifiable and fraud.
