The transaction details say rental car yet I have not rented a car recently.
Fraud charge - I called my bank they said it was for a Limo and Taxi service out of Maryland. I have never been there, let alone drive around in a taxi or limo. Reported.
I have no idea where this charge could be coming from.
I will report this as a fraudulent charge.
its from a site called "DRC". Trustworthy? yes.
showed up on my card as ECL 2403453240 2403453240 MD for $165, then a few days later (dec 2017) it was refunded without me asking about it? Weird.
