It's one hundred percent safe, it's just away to register for online subscriptions or buy online items in a more cryptic fashion. The roll behind this is to allow safer transactions and let less people know what's going on. It also helps keep credit/ Debit info more secure and firm than normally done by amazing, eBay, etc. But if your having unknown issues with it unknowingly charging you. Then this is sobering you have to email them about. With some of the sites, it CLEARLY SAYS "We respect your privacy. You will be discreetly billed as FHBill.com or FHBill.net, merchant located in Cyprus." (That one is on "Flirthookup.com", in case you are interested) It is merely the clearing house for the site, so your partner doesn't get the idea you are looking, if it is flirthookup you are subscribing to... AS to others, probably the same thing...
