KIPAS HACHZOKAS CHASAN Brooklyn NY, hit my Wescom Bank, but it was declined by my bank. No charge showed up on my account.
KIPAS HACHZOKAS CHASAN, NY is showing as pending debit transaction on my credit union debit card today. Called immediately and cancelled debit card. Never had any problems with this debit card and I've had it for more than 20+ years (I don't use it online). I recently received a replacement card with a chip in it now, and now someone makes fraudulent activity? Coincidence, maybe??? Makes me wonder if the company that puts out the chipped cards has been hacked or given out our numbers, so if you recently got a new card in the mail, I'd advise you watch your bank account carefully. This is frustrating as I just happened to check my bank account today, so was lucky!
Acharge showed up on my bank statement as pending yesterday. Today still in pending status. I called my bank to deny the charge so hopefully that will be the end of it. .
Like the reports above, I too had a pending deposit post to my checking account with the description KIPAS HACHZOKAS C (presumably truncated for KIPAS HACHZOKAS CHASAN, NY). In any case my bank recommended canceling my debit card and monitoring closely as they too believe it is an attempt to access my account.
A $2.80 charge was posted against my debit card on May 3, 2018. On May 7, 2018 a debit return in the same amount was posted.
Had the same experience as Dan, except with a slightly smaller debit payment & return. Same dates.
I had a charge for $4.20 and then a refund. I have no clue what this was from. My bank is stating I purchased 'something' and then requested a refund. Uh... I'd not ask for a refund for something that cost $4.20. It just doesn't sound like me.
