This charge is for Vital Records. We used VitalCheck to order a birth certificate and this is what it is for.
I was going to order a birth certificate but could not down load what they needed so I never purchased. They still tried to charge me 12.50. What for? I do not know. Not even the cost of a birth certificate.
No I do not and would like that payment returned to my account please.
