My wife signed up for a computer program supposed to add value to her computer and now every time she calls it up an existing program flashes a fraud/danger-warning before she can make the connection. Later that day (in balancing our accounts) I found not one, but TWO, charges to her credit card from a "Computer Software Stores" firm in Amsterdam, Netherlands (plus accompanying charges for foreign exchange. Worse yet, yesterday I discovered one more charge from the same firm (made three or more days previously) to another charge card from the same bank. I know she has been quizzing me about having a problem loading and starting her program. The "Avangate" name is attached to it somehow, as well. We notified the bank to dispute it, but we are still out the foreign exchange fee.
