En 2015 après réclamation sur leur site web par Boldchat ils m'ont remboursé un mois perçu sans raison. Et ont dit qu'ils supprimaient mon inscription. Mais 6 mois plus tard les prélèvements ont repris pendant 7 mois sans que je fasse attention. Et là ils me disent qu'Ils ne peuvent rembourser que 2 mois de prélèvement seulement. Donc faire attention et faire opposition à la banque, ce que je n'avais pas fait la 1ere fois. In 2015 after claiming on their website by Boldchat they paid me a month seen no reason. And said they suppressed my registration . But six months later the samples were taken for 7 months without my beware. And then they tell me that They can not pay that levy only two months . So be careful and make opposition to the bank , which I had not done the first time.
