charge made to my bank account not authorised by me
CHARGE MADE ON MY CREDIT CARD OF £182-48,AND I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT IT,AND WAS NOT AUTHORISED BY ME.
Charge Made on my credit card of £194-43, apparently for telecommunication services, which I know nothing about and was not authorised by me. Reported to Credit Card company (MasterCard) as fraudulent transaction which they will now investigate and will issue me with a new card

From BT as a result of paying my phone line 12 months in advance. Genuine charge
I bought a wifi booster from BT, this is what it showed up as on my statement
I have just checked it out on the BT web site and it confirms that the cost of a line saver rental, payment for 12 months in advance for BT line rental, is £194.28. I have just done that with them, last month so in my case it is a correct charge.
on the 1st of June, I purchased on-line: a BT ac Wireless dongle for windows PC from the BT Store. Within minutes I received confirmation of the order, which showed correctly the last 4 digits of the Debit card I had used and the cost of the dongle. The confirmation note also informed me that BT At Home had sent an e-mail to my registered e-mail address, confirming the order. To this day, no e-mail has come into my INBOX, neither have I received the dongle. I have checked my Bank Account and the price of the dongle had been claimed on the 2nd of June.

Had 4 separate charges of £10 on my bank statement over the past 2 weeks, apparently from BT SALES 2. Checked my online bill, and the only thing listed on that was my usual monthly payments, no single items for £10. When I phoned BT to query this, they said they knew nothing about it, it wasn't them. Spoke to the bank and they've agreed to refund the £40.
Money taken from bank account on 16 August 2016 don't know why. Who is bt sales 2 Durham gb. Have they a telephone number?

Have had a credit card charge of £365 for BT Bill Payment 1 Durham which is a fraud. Report it immediately to your card provider. Says it is for BT equipment which is rubbish. You will need to get your card stopped at once or more fraudulent transactions will take place.
Was called by someone claiming to be from BT collection's. Asked for sensitive information and 3v3n knew my direct debit payments. It's a scam company. I spoke to BT who verified this. The number is from 0800443311
Genuine £20 charge as part of upgrade to BT Sports tv package (£20 is one off fee, I now have 3 months "free" BT Sport viewing, then will continue with a monthly charge after the 3 months). I'd forgotten this £20 fee hence my looking on this site when checking my credit card
My card was declined for an attempted 'card-not-present' fraud charge of £10 first at O2 UK PAY & GO. I froze my card to avoid it happening again; later in the day I get another attempted 'card-not-present' fraud charge of £10 this time at 'BT SALES 2'.
