Directv are criminals. They charged my bankcard $321.00 (which was not on file with them, mind you) for my final bill yesterday without prior authorization. I was NOT on Auto bill pay nor did I submit a payment to them.... I received a Fraud Alert from my bank via email notifying me of this charge. The lady i spoke to was a Bitch and said they could charge what ever they wanted to. Well I'm reporting this as Fraud to my bank and getting my $321.00 back
