Lifetime Fitness when purchased online.
My debit card was skimmed and two charges showed up on my card. Called the 800 number attached to the charge and informed them that they received fraudulent payment for a membership, woman on the phone couldn't give a shit less. She will when after the police come to their facility.
Showed up on my checking account. Gym membership in MN and I live in AZ.
