This company is a scam. I don't care what anyone else has commented. It's a scam and I've reported to and they will be investigated. THEY DO NOT DO COUNSELING. THEY ILLEGALLY CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT. I did not sign up for anything anywhere online. SCAM.

I bought a day and I canceled it to the hours, then to the days I see my account and they charged me like a month !! They do not answer anything, I do not recommend it, do not risk it!

My bank; "Consumer Credit Union," luckily new about this scam and stopped the transaction. Consumer Credit Union emediatly called informing me of the scam attempted by this company and cancelled my debit card.

they took 2 payments off my credit card 1 for71.65 and 1 for69.91 both on the same day 4/20/23 after they sent me a email that it was cancelled as of 4/1/23

Took the 2 day 1 dollar tour. Within 8 minutes I replied their mail. 'I want to declare that I do not wish any further membership. I payed for the tryout, that’s enough. Please send me a confirmation that no more money will be withdrawn from my account.' Never got an answer, but surprise surprise... 7 days later, I was charged a full membership. No phone number, a site with a lot of scary words, '24/7 assistance, and a picture of a lady that looks like a proffesional call center' And an adress on an Island. Smart people. They just keep ignoring mails, and a 'ticket number' is worthless. I hate the way they make easy money.

I should've listened to my gut and not subscribe to a "trial offer". I ended up being credited and debited $1 eight times by hm-assist and 3 other companies that I'm assuming were add-on subscriptions! Thank god my bank declined since it looked "suspicious".
