This is Local World - Local newspaper classified adverts.
I placed an advert in local paper in Cornwall. The payment goes through as local world and shows as lw adv (adboss1) on my statement, so perfectly genuine in my case.
I saw this charge on my credit card and traced it back as a legitimate charge. This company was acting for South Wales Evening Post (newspaper) where I was placing an advert to sell a car. They stated in conversation that they process adverts for dozens of newspapers
I was suspicious when I saw it on my bank statement ..then realised ...its from a local family announcement in the paper
I noticed couple of transactions in my credit card statement and reported it to the bank as fraud. I never placed any adverts anywhere yet my credit card details were claimed to be used for placing adverts in different parts of UK which is totally false. I hope the merchant is fined for misusing card details.

Many adverts in local papers use this site to collect monies from your card. I was worried at first then remembered we had placed a Bereavement Notice.
