Looking through my bank statement today and came across this transaction appearing as MALTHURST LONG ROAD ESSEX and for minutes I tried to figure out what, when and where this took place. Decided to look the name up on Google and it's all linked up with castle point council and some licensing stuff, I don't understand, DOES ANYONE KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THIS, PLEASE?
