On August 6th I did online top up £10. August 19th my credit gone and hardly used mobile so did top up the same way but for £20. August 30th and all credit gone. Can this be sorted ASAP
I have had £20 taken out0o 9,11,22, 23 and 24 November. I rarely use my phone so cannot understand whee all the money goes.
On the 27th of February I top up £5 but it didn't show on my mobile, it still showing 0 credit and asking me to top up. Now how can I resolve the issue. Your early response will be appreciated. Many thanks
