| Description | Theu bill for creditfix.charged me 99.95. I called and they have no record of me by name, card #, phone or their own transaction #. I gave them the oh # on my bank statement and they said possibly creditfix.i had spoken to creditfix but had not completed the process. They said a refund would appear in 5-7 business days. They did not refund the $12.95 for pulling credit bureau reports. Since I didnt send them my IF yet, how did they pull those? Also, they told me that I could access my portal with reports. Again, they Have no proof that I'm me. Very poor security. So i.paid 12.95 for what I can get for free. They were helpful and professional we'll see if I get my refund and reports. (edit) |
