Only noticed today this company known as "Swingers Heaven" has been taking $41.95 per month out of my account for the last year. I ha e researched and also checked if I have done this by accident but my email account are not associated with this company. I am so annoyed and it makes me think who else are they doing this too.

I am not aware of this name , SYMBIOS SOLUTIONS . I Have not approved of ongoing monthly debits to my credit card , which is now cancelled . So I say to all , BE AWARE OF ANY UNKNOWN OR SUSPICIOUS DEBITS ON YOUR CARDS & CANCEL IMMEDIATELY.

I signed up previously with "Swingers Heaven", otherwise known as Symbios Solutions and started having £16.95 taken by them from my bank account. I decided this site was rubbish so went to my bank on 10th June 2019 and asked them to stop any more payments to this site. My bank statement shows that the next day, 11th June, £16.95 was again taken by Symbios Solutions. Maybe my request to the bank was too late to stop the next day payment. I will take all necessary steps to prevent a further payment being taken by these people.

I never signed up to any site, swingers our otherwise but somehow they have my card details and are taking 29.95 per month from me. This is credit card fraud.

YOU SHOULD TO CLAIM AND TO CANCEL YOUR PEYMENTS IN YOUR BANK.

It does seem that we are out of pocket to the sum of over £538 which has been taken out of our bank over a period of time. We have made some enquiries via Google & my own bank. The bank will treat it initially as fraud. My issue is, I do not recognise the company, I can't remember setting up an account with them and the bank are not able to verify or gain any further information relating to them. So, for those who are hesitating as to their responsibility or legal rights, if the company make it difficult to easily access their information, which I believe in this case, then that company must take responsibility for the outcome when people get angry or report them. Summing up: Make sure you have not taken out an agreement that entails a monthly debit for a service, (computer security software, for instance), get advice from your bank and certainly don't let them get away with it. The company can always claim a bank refund back if there has been a misunderstanding. I hope this helps. Good luck.
