We experienced this Charge from driving and Paying motorway Toll charges in France, with the Visa card. Ours was a Travelex Visa, and the Charge entry did not appear on the Online Statement until a week or more later. At first, the Charge was for about 40 euro, but now, three weeks later, the Charge grew to currently display: TC TOURITOC 61770967 2 F3622FB483737DE -€1,061.16EUR We only paid One Toll by the card, and all others were by Cash. BEWARE that using credit etc cards at these Tolls more often than not occur without using a PIN number!!!! USE CASH is all i can say in hindsight If you are going to ever use a card for this sort of thing, then get one that is not linked to an Account,. and cut it up after you have finished using it for this temporary task. My Travelex would have stayed at risk of future scam debits, and they would continue on until all my other currencies are also depleted
