I was called by someone at GanWCNY on December newspaper asking if I want to order the New York Journal News for 3 months for $19.50. I charged it to my credit card. Then on Jan. 2nd another charge was added for $36.48. I called there # and no one answers. I called the Journal News and was told I got are refund of $18.86. Wrong!!! Yet there is no refund of any kind as of January 19th. This treatment is a disgrace but I will continue to fight for the refund I'm cheated out of. Patricia Farrell
