This is a new Woolworths Scam to get money from customers. When turning for a refund, they process the refund and then dispute the refund to prevent customers from receiving the refund. They will lie ms say the refund has been processed and takes between 3-5 business days to land in the bank. They refused even on the 5th and continued to preteens they didn’t know why the refund has gone through and yo call back. Dishonesty for financial gain is illegal. I am based in QLD and the service was provided in QLD and my calls originated from QLD and I did record the dishonesty and deception for financial gain and after advising that I knew the recording laws, they then decided to tell me the refund was disputed by themselves after processing the refund to prevent it from being received by me. I will not be receiving the refund as a result of the dishonest and deceptive behaviour of Woolworths but will be reporting them and refuse to return to Woolworths, Big W and all other stores owned by Woolworths. They just lost thousands to steal $15! How greedy can they be in all honesty. The cart for the services automatically selects ‘express’ and all deliveries are charged not free as people would think based on the false advertising for the service. I cancelled same day the 1st charge was charged due to forgetting to cancel as I am under a great deals stress and have Mental Health conditions and Woolworths had zero good will or faith ans actually bullied me during the multiple calls regarding the issue! Absolutely disgraceful, but Woolworths are ok known for their bullying of staff and customers. I will be in touch with ACCC regarding this behaviour and I will forward the recordings of the unlawful behaviours involved.

So this popped up on my cba app. I blocked the card Straight away. Rang cba to ask what this is as I’m not at Woolworths. And have not gone shopping at Woolworths. Disputed the transaction and will have to wait. They did not if it was fraudulent or not but they stopped the card and issued a new one.
I am a customer of Woolworths and This BELLA VISTA has charged my credit card $15 for three consecutive months. I just logged a dispute with my bank. Grocery cost is sky high and on top of that we are being robbed by scammers
Changes to a card that only gets used to purchase fuel . Person that usually uses card was at home when purchase was made.
Yeh this is dodgy - I've never been there
