I have been billed SEVERAL times on my credit card from Zoom.us and I have never ever used there service, nor had the need to. My credit card is with Citi, its a Citi Double Cash Mastercard. I have called Citi so many times and get hung up on, put on an endless hold, put back in the Queue, transferred to different departments, etc. NO ONE is willing to assist me! I have contated the toll free number next to zoom.us on my credit card statement, and have given them all my info and they claim there is no record of me! and that they are not billing me!
Just got a $448 charge on my CitiCard, they text asking if i made the charge, i replied no. They marked as fraud and are declining and sending a new card
I never used the service of zoom.us, but my credit bank sent me two messages of its charge. I immediately contacted my credit bank and tell them that my credit card has been stolen and misused.
On my cashapp got a 174 dollar charge by ZOOMDOTUS
